The foundation of my system is the personal support I offer my clients. I'm available to my clients both in and out of the gym, and they are welcome to call or text me when they need a little extra help to stay on track. I care about their success!

Affordable Rates

Many clients are surprised by how affordable it is for them to have a personal trainer. Although I have clients who are millionaires and celebrities, I continue to charge a simple $30 rate per session to make myself available to whoever needs my support.
